Our Code of Conduct is our main governing document that sets out requirements and expectations for ethical business conduct. It describes the behavior we expect from our employees and other Aker Horizons’ representatives and what you, and our business partners, can expect from Aker Horizons. The aim is to build trust and demonstrate our commitment to being a respected, reliable and trusted business.
Aker Horizons’ business conduct, operations and processes shall be sustainable and always maintain the highest integrity.
We encourage employees to speak up about negative conditions that are in breach of our Code of Conduct, policies, procedures and any applicable rules. We also welcome concerns raised by external parties who work for or with Aker Horizons.
