Aker Horizons ASA (AKH)’s former subsidiary Aker Horizons Holding, encompassing all business activities of the Aker Horizons group, including its shareholding in Aker Carbon Capture ASA (ACC), the investments in Mainstream Renewable Power and SuperNode, and the properties in Narvik, has merged with AKH HoldCo AS, a subsidiary of Aker ASA, in a transaction that was completed on 11 September 2025.

Kristoffer Dahlberg (born 1982) took up the position as Chief Financial Officer in Aker Horizons on 1 February 2024. He came from the position of CFO and Director of BD/origination of Aker Horizons Asset Development.
Dahlberg has extensive experience throughout the Aker group, including as CFO of Aker Clean Hydrogen and VP Business Controlling at Aker BP. Dahlberg has more than twelve years of experience within the energy sector, including management consulting (Boston Consulting Group) and equity research (SpareBank 1 Markets and Platou Markets).
He holds an MSc in Finance from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
As of 31 October 2022, Dahlberg holds no shares in Aker Horizons ASA, and has no stock options. Dahlberg is a Norwegian citizen.

Brandsrud (born 1958) serves as a non-executive Chair and industry advisor. From 2016 to 2019, he held several CEO and CFO roles in the European financial services companies Lindorff, Intrum and Lowell, and from 2010 to 2015, he served as the Group CFO of Aker. In the period from 2007 to 2010, he was the CFO of the Seadrill Group. Prior to these roles, Brandsrud had 23 years of experience from leading finance positions in Shell. Brandsrud is a non-executive director and board member of TGS, Aker BP, the Lowell Group (Simon Midco Ltd) and Waterise.
Brandsrud holds a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Lone Fønss Schrøder is a senior executive and advisor. Fønss Schrøder is currently vice-chair of Akastor ASA and Volvo Cars AB and chair of its audit committees, and a director of Aker Solutions ASA, Geely Sweden Holdings AB and Ingka Holding B.V. and Chair of Ikano Bank AB (Ikea Group). She is a global advisor for Service Now.
Fønss Schrøder has more than 30 years of international senior executive experience in the A.P. Møller-Maersk group and as CEO for Wallenius Lines AB, Star Air and Concordium. She is an experienced director with former board positions in companies like Vattenfall, Dong Transmission, CSL Group, Inc. and Yara.
Fønss Schrøder holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen, and in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Svein Oskar Stoknes (born 1970) has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aker ASA since 2019. Prior to this, he served as CFO of Aker Solutions ASA, where he joined in 2007 and was named CFO in 2014. Stoknes has also held a range of senior positions within finance and advisory for organizations like Tandberg, Citigroup, Norwegian Trade Council and ABB. He graduated from the Norwegian School of Management with a master’s degree in business and economics, and has an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. Stoknes is a director of Akastor ASA, Aker Capital AS and several other companies where Aker is the largest shareholder.
Mr. Stoknes is a Norwegian citizen, and owns 33 273 shares in Aker Horizons. He has been elected for the period 2026-2027.
