Aker Horizons ASA: Base prospectus approved for listing of bond issue with ISIN NO0010923220

On 16 July 2021, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a base prospectus prepared by Aker Horizons ASA (the “Company”) in connection the listing on Oslo Børs of the NOK 2,500 million senior unsecured green bond loan issued by the Company, with maturity in August 2025 and with ISIN NO0010923220.
